Growing up in the Midwest, Matthew learned at an early age the satisfaction of hard work, the value of community, and the importance of integrity. After graduating from the Indiana University, his thirst for travel and new cultures took him on journeys throughout Southeast Asia and the South Pacific. Despite working in restaurants most of his life, he developed his true passion for the industry while working in Melbourne and Victoria, Australia. He would go on to hold leadership positions for Wolfgang Puck, The Light Group, and the Michael Mina Group.
Over the years to follow, he would develop and operate several renowned cocktail bars, restaurants, and live music venues before taking on the role of Senior Director of Concept Development for Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants. Matthew developed and opened restaurants, bars, cafes, night life, and live music and event venues throughout North America, the Caribbean and western Europe.
When not working or traveling, you can find Matthew spending time with his family, cycling, or working through a never-ending list of home improvement projects.

Born and raised in the Washington DC metro area, Danny returned home to the city after getting degrees in marketing from the University of Wisconsin and culinary arts in San Francisco. After cutting his teeth in the independent restaurant world, he found his footing as a chef working for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. Success as an Executive Chef led to roles as General Manager, Regional Director of Operations and Vice President of Restaurant Concepts & Development.
As a chef, Danny has cooked throughout the United States, as well as in Italy and Peru. He has developed restaurants and bars all over the United States, and internationally. He has collaborated with dozens of chefs on menu development and mentoring them to run profitable, efficient kitchens with a focus on producing delicious food in a positive work environment.
Danny has a passion for sustainability, a creative spirit and a love for hospitality. When he is not working or spending time with friends and family, Danny likes to occupy his time renovating his home, playing music, cycling and playing hockey.
